Archive: um... my web page as soon as it's done, and anyone who asks first

Rating: um... R? I didn't think it was bad, but when it got critiqued some people got mad.

Warning: heh... no... it's mushy. That's about it.

Spoilers: um... no... none really. It's just a poem. Doesn't have a plot.

Summary: A pretty li'l poem of Qui-Gon's and Obi-Wan's first night

Feedback: YES!! Please! I need people's reaction. I'm a very self-conscious writer-to-be!

Soft words hushed
By the urgent press of lips.
Irises made slivers of color
In the darkness of the room.
Young hands moved slowly
Uncertain
To touch the softness of a beard
Up to eye lashes
Then to tangle themselves in
Long locks of sweet-smelling hair.
Older hands--stronger hands
Sure of their touch
They caressed and pulled
Two pairs of clothes to the floor.
Fabric was the first barrier
But was removed.
Now Master and Padawan found a second
That was keeping them apart
Their bodies--their flesh
Kept their souls from each other.
Their mouths press together again
Tongues dancing.
Breaths came in short gasps
Sweat outlined muscles in light
Uncertain hands became certain
Sure hands became unsure--
Roles switched and switched back.
They broke apart to breathe
Eyes locked in revelation.
Padawan pulled Master down with him
Cool sheets against his back
His master's body above him
And he shivered in ecstasy.
Master kissed and caressed
Taking delight in his apprentice's pleasure
He kissed his way down the sleek body beneath him
Then back up to the waiting mouth.
Their decision was mutual:
They want to look on each other.
His back now against the wall
He wraps his arms around his Master's shoulders.
Carefully, slowly, gently, lovingly
Their bodies joined
With equal care, but infinitely more love
Their minds joined.
Souls tangled--
Entwined--
Danced--
They were Stars and Planets
They were Light and Dark
For one timeless instant
They were, in the most profound sense of the word:
One.
