Summary - background: Qui-Gon thinking about Xanatos. And not in a good way.

Notes: Thanks to all who responded to my request for spoiling JA#6 for me. My prof had to scrape me off the ceiling after reading your mails, and then again after having finally read the actual book.

"Child of Ravens"

Lure me down, lure me down

Child of Ravens, onto forsaken ground

Let me see you falling, falling from ill grace

Oh my Child of Ravens

With a scarred face

I put my trust in you, my darling

harbinger of hate, of pain

Let me see you dying, dying,

die for me again

All your vows, my love, my angel

fade to dust, to dirt

You went away to become a stranger

and fell so hard it hurt

So let me see you turning, turning,

Child of Ravens, Child of the Past

I told you love's forever, darling,

Your first love didn't last
